The Stories of Women in Fluids Initiative harnesses the power of storytelling to recruit and retain women in fluid dynamics and STEM. Centered on the theme “Persevere, Survive, and Thrive,” the upcoming anthology highlights the resilience, mentorship, and lived experiences of women scientists and engineers across career stages. Through honest narratives that explore the social, cultural, and professional challenges of the field, the book aims to inspire future generations and strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion in science.
